If you are not on one of our care packages. Your website maybe running slow because you have some software updates in your website back end. A website runs much like an iphone. You need to ensure all your apps and software are up to date. If you leave this to long this can cause your website to crash. Let us take the stress away from you and upgrade to one of our care plans.
There are 2 main reasons your website may be offline. Your url could have expired so please make sure that is up to date with your url provide. Or you are more than 3 months past payment on your hosting. Your website will automatically switch off if 3 months of invoicing has not been paid so please ensure you keep up to date.
Every website must have our standard hosting fee. Unless you decide to host your website elsewhere
If you do not want our maintenance package, that is ok. We can still amend your website we will simply charge you our hourly fee.
