Why am I having problems with my website?

Is your url domain name up for renewal?

If your url is not hosted by Jennifer Cornish Design then it could have expired with your existing company and that has caused your website to have problems.

My website is running slow

Check o ensure all your updates in your wordpress dashboard are up to date. This is the most common problem for slow website speed.

My updates are not showing in the live site

Sometimes it can take 5 minutes or so for your website to update. If you are still not seeing your changes try clearing your browser cache as well as making sure your wordpress dashboard updates are all up to date.

My website has completely disappeared

The main cause of this is unfortunately an unpaid bill. Our system sends multiple notifications for billing. If you are 3 months over outstanding payments your website will automatically be removed until payment is made. This is something we do not like to do and will always support our clients if hey are having problems.
